Mark + Lauren | Traverse City Wedding Videography

When you are a Northern Michigan wedding vendor you get quite used to dramatic wedding weather. The famous joke in our area is that we can experience all four seasons in one day. So naturally I find myself daydreaming of the perfect wedding weather regularly. It doesn’t happen often but when it does it is a spectacular day. When it does, you only hope to have a couple like Mark and Lauren. And when it does, you only hope to be at a venue as gorgeous as Aurora cellars.

The breeze of mid-May blew through the Aurora’s Victorian farmhouse as the mutter of excited family and friends surrounded Lauren. Through the window we could see the progress of vendors and family building Mark and Lauren’s vision, only to exceed expectations. The ceremony began with the warm sun on our backs and a smooth wind flowing through the centuries old willow tree. But truly it was Mark’s face that drew everyones attention. He was absolutely riddled with excitement. In the end the ceremony was only the catalyst to an evening flowing with live music, laughter, bonfires, and great food.

“I promise to run climb bike paddle and ski by your side, and if one day we can no longer do those things, I will simply be with you forever.”
